A Center for Restorative Solutions

Serving the Greater Seattle Area

For many of us, self-compassion is a radical idea. Self-acceptance is an act of courage. We have ideas of how we should be or where we should be in life, and find it difficult to celebrate who we are. We get stuck in judgments, self-blame, guilt or shame, which keeps us from connecting to what we really want. In this six week workshop, we will explore the stories we tell ourselves, or maybe have been told to us, and the limiting beliefs and fears that cloud our thinking. We will learn steps to fully grieve regrets, losses, and unmet needs to let them go, and to celebrate who we are.

Warmly,

Pam Orbach

Evening Zoom Workshop

Our trainer creates space to safely explore some of the long held stories and limiting beliefs, and transform them. The trainer would like to share how to use the tools of Nonviolent Communication for the own path of healing and liberation. The trainer taught NVC through the Freedom Project in Washington State prisons, in the community and in organizations.
