Introduction to Restorative Practice and NVC

Fri - Sun, Aug 23 - 25, 2019 | Fri 5 PM to Sun 3 PM

A Dive into Restorative Practices and Compassionate Consciousness (NVC)

If you have reached a time in your life where deeper self connection and rich engagement with other's really matters to you, then this evening introduction to Nonviolent Communication is for you. We will explore compassionate consciousness, what it means, and how we can access it in our daily lives through the adoption of doable practices and skills. Please join me, I am excited to be hosted again by the East Shore Unitarian Church in South Bellevue. Let's soak up connection and learning together.

What Previous participants said this about this series:

  • I loved this workshop. I can “feel” the shift in my perspective and I feel it in my body sensors. My need for education, learning, growth, community, support, authenticity were all met. — Jeeta Sohata
  • This was an opportunity for new learning and to practice new skills to resolve some relationship issues with a close friend. — Milly Mularky
  • The NVC paradigm itself is most significant. Sticking to facts and not interpretations. Pam’s energy is transformative. Her living by example is proof. — Sarah Cassidy

Points: Each week we will focus on one aspect of the skillset. We will learn and practice together. We will be present to whatever arises from the learning, and we will attend to whatever needs are in the room. I look forward to seeing you there.
