A Center for Restorative Solutions

Serving the Greater Seattle Area and beyond

"Be the change you wish to see in the world." – Mohandas Gandhi.

The Season of Nonviolence is the 64 Days between the anniversary deaths of Mohandas Gandhi, 1/30, and Martin Luther King Jr. 4/4

In these turbulent times, how can we be at peace and contribute to lasting change? How do we respond with power and presence, rather than reacting with blame, self-righteousness, or helplessness?

Join us for a six-week journey into the practice and consciousness of nonviolence.

Who is it for?
There are no prerequisites for this training; an open heart, and a longing for connection and growth, are all that you need.

Janice Eng is a holistic health practitioner with over 30 years of experience in several healing modalities. She has been teaching Nonviolent Communication for more than 20 years, including over a decade of work in prisons. Janice also integrates InterPlay, a creative practice that helps people access their body's wisdom and embody what they know.

Rainbow Markell has facilitated workshops with thousands of people in communication, anti-racism, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging), and trauma-informed care. As an Early Care and Education provider, she brings a trauma-aware approach to working with both adults and children.
