Everyone, especially people who are wanting to grow in awareness of what is needed to truly invite all voices- whether you are a white person wanting to work on both NVC and anti racism; parents, wanting to embrace "power with" in your family; leaders in community and in the work place... This is our work if we want to live in a world where every one's needs truly do matter.

Nonviolence and Power: A Foundational Course

8-Week Sunday Evening Workshop Series
We will be grounding in and exploring the principals of Nonviolence in both consciousness and communication, Each week we will explore and practice different components of compassionate communication while also looking at ways in which we can become more aware of the difference between our intentions and the impact we may have for ourselves and for others. Cultivation of intersectionality between self connection with awareness of positionally and power-how systems we have inherited play a part in our perception of the world adds a further dimension to living in Nonviolent Consciousness.
I am excited to begin deepening this work in community with you.
