Collaborative Leadership for Diverse Teams at Work
This will be an online 4 session experiential learning workshop.
We will learn practical ways of working that support a new paradigm that values full inclusion in ways that align with your values. We will use consciousness raising tools, like nonviolent communication in support of collaboration, and co-creation; resulting in ways of working that welcome team members or the community into showing up fully. There will be opportunities for coaching and role plays.

- Your experiences. Each session will have 30 minutes of dedicated coaching time where you will have an opportunity to be coached with something that is alive for you.
- If you're a note taker, bring supplies to capture what's meaningful for you.
