A Center for Restorative Solutions

Serving the Greater Seattle Area

"The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now." If you have reached a time in your life where deeper self connection and rich engagement with other's really matters to you, then this daytime introduction to Nonviolent Communication is for you. There are no prerequisites for this training, an open heart, and a longing for connection and growth will take you all the way. Please join me, I am excited to be hosted by the East Shore Unitarian Church. Lets soak up connection and learning together.

Warmly,

Pam Orbach

A 6-Week (daytime) Introduction to Nonviolent Communication

6 Thursdays, Mar 7 - Apr 11, 2019 | 12-2 PM

Compassionate communication, the heart of Restorative Practice

When we learn to swim the Crawl, we have to work on getting the mechanics of the strokes and the breathing down, so that we can cruise through the water with ease and joy. This 6-week series will lay the foundation for communicating and living in a way that aligns our inner heart values with the way we make choices, and how we communicate with others for a deeper and increasingly authentic connection.

Join us, and the community gathering, for a gentle exploration and learning that will be grounded in the clear and doable skills of Nonviolent Communication.

Each week we will focus on one aspect of the skillset. We will learn and practice together. We will be present to whatever arises from the learning, and we will attend to whatever needs are there.
