Getting Unstuck and Moving Forward

8-Week Monday On-Zoom Series | Apr 22 - Jun 10, 2024 | 6:00 - 8:00 PM PST

Harnessing the Power of Your Inner Critic | NVC Workshop

Self-care and loving oneself can be a radical act. Often the most difficult person to love is oneself. Most of us carry a harsh inner critic inside, spouting relentless messages about not belonging, being incapable, not being or doing enough, being unworthy, being an imposter, or some other negative judgment. The relationship with oneself often impacts the quality and enjoyment of life, the quality of relationship with others, and what one does or doesn’t do in life.

Would you like to harness the energy of your inner critic and transform it into an inner ally? Would you like to have more self-acceptance and honor your full humanity? Through Nonviolent Communication, also known as Compassionate Communication, and energetic healing techniques, we will explore the beauty and the true desires of the Inner Critic, and re-align it to support your goals and dreams.

Join us in this transformative, highly interactive 8-week Nonviolent Communication course, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment. We will also use energetic healing techniques to dissolve limiting beliefs and resistances.

In this course, you'll:

  • Explore the origins of your inner critic and gain insights into how societal norms and expectations shape your self-perception.
  • Learn tools and techniques to compassionately engage with your inner critic and transform self-judgment into self-warmth, compassion and power.
  • Cultivate a deeper understanding of your true desires and priorities, honoring your needs with kindness and respect, and moving forward with what you truly want.
  • Enhance your communication skills to express yourself authentically and navigate conflicts with confidence and empathy.
