A Nonviolent Communication Weekend Workshop
It’s one thing to be able to empathize, and quite another thing to be able to show up when what you are receiving from another person is both impactful and does not speak to space for your needs. In this one day training we will learn the stepping stones to take care of ourselves, and to be honest in ways that can create more choices including the option to have a “no”. There will be practice in how to speak your truth to others in a way that shows care, and creates choice for both people involved.

This learning experience will be in person, highly experiential, both indoors and outside in beautiful space. Let’s crack the outer shell of impasse. I look forward to seeing you there.
