THE ARC OF CONFLICT
What if conflict was the key to unlocking creativity and growth?
Conflict doesn't have to be something to avoid. In fact, it can be an act of giving and receiving, a catalyst for creativity and personal growth. When approached with openness, conflict can be a powerful source of trust, innovation, and transformation.
At its core, conflict is new information entering a system, with the system resisting change. But when we embrace this process, we unlock its potential for meaningful change.
In this training, you'll discover how to find your power in conflict, no matter your positionality. By the end, you'll understand how conflict can be an asset to any system and learn to embrace it as an opportunity for growth.
Pam and Aisha, with years of experience in compassionate dialogue and conflict engagement, have developed methodologies to help you navigate and transform conflict into a tool for positive change. Their life’s work has been dedicated to supporting and training others in these transformative practices.
Join us and learn how to turn conflict into a gift that strengthens relationships, enhances creativity, and drives meaningful progress.
We will explore:
- Our relationship to conflict: Why we approach it the way we do
- Our understanding of conflict: Reframing and recognizing the systemic aspects
- Our abilities in conflict: Transforming compassionate methodologies for conflict engagement
- Our community/team members in conflict: Supporting others in conflict
- Our practice and preparation for conflict: Skills and tools for immediate application
- Our discernment on when to use the methodology and what's appropriate in different situations
