A Center for Restorative Solutions
Serving the GREATER SEATTLE Area & Beyond
Don't let self-doubt or your inner critic hold you back any longer. Invest in yourself and prioritize your well-being. Join us on this six-week journey to increased confidence and self-compassion!
Self-love and self-care can be powerful, transformative acts. Yet, for many, the hardest person to love is ourselves. We all carry an inner critic—a voice, sometimes relentless, that tells us we don’t fit in, aren’t enough, or don’t deserve success. This critical voice creates anxiety, blinds us to opportunities, and can hold us back, like driving with one foot on the gas and the other on the brake,or even steer us off our path in a less satisfying direction. Left unchecked, this critic can affect every area of our lives—the quality of our relationships, the motivation to reach our goals, and our overall sense of fulfillment.
But here's the good news: you have the power to change your relationship with your inner critic. In this transformative, fun, and highly interactive class, you will learn many tools to reduce anxiety, and to recognize and transform your inner critic into an inner ally. We will draw from a combination of tools from Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, somatic practices like Interplay, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), in order to:
Increase Self-Awareness: Understand the origins and patterns of your inner critic and how they impact your life.
Learn Practical Tools to Gain Clarity: Learn proven techniques to interrupt negative thought cycles, reduce anxiety, and respond to your inner critic with compassion and understanding.
Unlock Your Full Potential: Redirect the energy of your inner critic and create new, positive neural pathways that support your goals, priorities, and dreams.
Enhance Communication Skills: Improve your ability to connect with yourself and others authentically, navigating conflict with greater empathy and ease.
Come join us for this six week journey of self-discovery and transformation! Don’t waste another minute to jumpstart your confidence, awaken to your true potential, and to transform your inner critic into one of your greatest allies.
Warmly,
Janice Eng, facilitator
